IF that is truly their sourcing mentality, then yes.. i'd say its fast food done right. There is nothing wrong with quick and convenient dining, provided they use quality ingredients. If we have to grab something fast, Chipotle is one of the places we go.. it always seems fresh with good selections. Again, not knowing how the food got there is always a question. :) yeah the song is great. Chipotle is my go-to place too when i'm in a hurry. But i also have access to some grass-fed burger places.
I was sad to learn Chipotle cooks there fajita veggies in "heart-friendly Soy Bean oil" :(. They mean "pro-inflammatory-estrogen-producing veggie oil"!!

Pretty cool commercial. I wish there was a Chipotle around us in southeastern Connecticut though, as I'd eat it at least once a week!
