The funny thing about lawsuits. They can be frivolous and a waste of time. Two things come up from them: always: the lawyers make $$, and sometimes: people reveal a truth we wouldn't otherwise be exposed to.
That brings us to soft drinks, specifically Mt Dew. Even my son drinks this stuff. ((He's 18 and if he gets a dollar in his pocket it turns into a bottle of Mt Dew... cannot be explained)). Anyhoo, a kid is suing Pepsi Co because he "found a dead mouse in his can of Mt Dew" ((anyone remember the movie Strange Brew??)). Pepsi Co rebuked (paraphrased - and sorry, gross!!) "not a chance, our beverage is so corrosive to carbon based life form that a mouse would've been liquified by the time he opened the can and he'd just drink it down".
This is Pepsi admitting that their product dissolves flesh and fur, etc. Does this give a tiny indicator to what we're calling sustenance these days? Maybe I just forgot my dose of crazy pills today.
