Holidays - always the question of what food to bring to gatherings. It can be tricky when you've cut out what others feel is a 'food group' (such as all grains).
Example: for thanksgiving we brought deviled eggs filled with avocado, almond-stuffing, cauliflower-(prepared to look like mashed potatoes). It is a little silly having to 'sell' what you've brought to the table.
