An alternative, grab some tools and make your current shoes zero-drop and mo'-better flexible'r, :). In the picture planar slices were taken off the heel part of the shoes until the heel raise was zero. Try it on an old pair and see if it wakes up muscles you haven't been using. ((shorten that stride!))
