I did, and was shocked to realize that almond milk has almost twice the amount of calcium that regular milk has.<br /><br />Although, I still struggle with the carb loading for my races. I always end up altering my diet to prepare for and run races by adding in more carbs and sugar than I normally would. Luckily, I don't race too many races in a season so that's limited.
